      The @louvreabudhabi had been on my bucket list for The @louvreabudhabi had been on my bucket list for a long time - I was once in Abu Dhabi and missed it, so I was very pleased to finally visit. I was afraid of finding a bad try to copy Europe, but I was totally surprised about the quality of the exhibitions, coming straight from Musee d’Orsay. The architecture is fabulous and worth a trip itself. The choice of works of art is very well curated and compact - it’s like traveling through time, being amazed at how civilizations that didn’t know each other often came up with very similar objects, statues, jewelry and works of art. #abudhabibest #louvreabudhabi

      🗺️How do all wonderful trips in Switzerland g 🗺️How do all wonderful trips in Switzerland get organized? 🇨🇭I met the best of the best of travel agencies and travel professionals at the General Meeting of the Swiss Travel Federation (SRV, Schweizer Reise-Verband) 🏟️I was invited to discuss over tourism in the Arena, a panel discussion led by @raemy5 and some more gladiators… well, we didn’t fight too much at the end, only a bit :) 🏖️All this happened in Madeira, an island I didn’t know, which is an ideal holiday destination all year round, and appeals to people from 0 to 99. Some of our highlights: -jeep excursion -catamaran day with swim in the Atlantic (in November!) -visit to the @blandysmadeirawine at the @blandyswinelodge -fabulous gala evening at the @belmondreidspalace Thanks Presidente! @wittwermartin knows how to put together and incredible team.       While I’m waiting for my marathon pictures, here While I’m waiting for my marathon pictures, here is my biggest tip for a great preparation: good food! ⭐️⭐️⭐️Le Calandre @alajmo definitely is a cool experience. Did you know that you can wear earplugs to better savour your pasta? 🍝 yes, earplugs are served with a deliciously crunchy pasta, so you hear the noise and it’s like an echo chamber in your head. Super interesting . You are also told you can close your eyes. 🥚My absolute favorite dish was “suono n’uovo”, a colored, creamy mix of egg and potatoes (I think) with some savory heart that really amazed me. 🥮I also had a super fancy dessert with zabaione and white truffles from Alba. Wow! No wonder this restaurant has 3 Michelin stars. As Massimiliano Alajmo says: “I don’t want people to come here to learn anything, they must come here to enjoy. They should be leaving with a smile on their face. What we do is high concept, but you don’t come here thinking you are in a school or some kind of temple. Feeling good is my idea of digestion.” @lecalandre Ps: I drink only water - please let’s normalize that! There is nothing wrong with NOT drinking wine.

It means that, after training regularly, right before the competition you reduce the mileage, and simply slow down to gather your energies for the big day. Some people are so addicted to running that they have a problem resting. I don’t ! 😊 The big day is going to be next Sunday, in Venezia. I found this old photo and I thought it suits the spirit. Where are we spending most? Is luxury still for an elite only? Is there space for small luxury firms? Are younger people really interested in the ethical aspects of luxury?
