New Studio and Italian interview at Rete Uno RSI

For those who speak Italian, here is my interview and podcast with Rete Uno RSI (the official TV and Radio Channel of the Italian speaking part of Switzerland), about running in extreme conditions and in the Antarctic continent.
The interview was done in the brand new studios in Comano (Ticino), with Elena Caresani and Maria Pia Belloni.
I feel very close to the Swiss Italian media, because they wrote about me or interviewed me in different occasions, and they always make it very professionally, warmly and while having fun. Tio.ch (which is the same as 20Minuten for the German part of Switzerland) also wrote a beautiful article about the same subject, you can read it here.
I have just started to write a book about running, to show people one can do extraordinary runs also starting late in life (I started at 40), having no sporty background, and without being a champion.
