Kulm St. Moritz – Where Everything Happens

If there’s an event in St. Moritz – and there is a lot going on in that area – The Kulm St.Moritz is always involved. Be it the glamorous guests of the Red Cross Gala, the beautiful vintage cars of Passione Engadina , or the cheerful crowd of the St. Moritz Running Festival, you will always find that the hotel knows everything about it, and you’ll see busy guests joining or relaxing at the Kulm St. Moritz Spa or simply at its spectacular windows, having a drink.
I spent the weekend there with my running friend Holly Zimmermann, author, among others, of Running Everest.I admit it wasn’t as challenging as our Everest marathon! But we loved exploring the Engadin region and running the 25 km of the Summer Run together.
Our preparation: the Kulm St.Moritz spa, and the warm and attentive service or its team. They are mostly Italian – I wonder if that’s a reason why the hotel is so friendly? We liked the atmosphere so much, that we also decided to have dinner at the hotel pizzeria, for a carbo load and an easy evening.
