Backstage in Paris – With Talbot Runhof and La Bioshétique

Beatrice Lessi

It was my first time backstage at a Fashion Show of one of the “Big 4” (I am certainly more familiar with Swiss events and was very excited to have the chance to do this in Paris). I must have been tired and in a hurry, because I forgot my phone and laptop at home. This only added more magic to the experience: I had more time, observed more, and walked more.

My impressions

It seemed to me that the real stars were the stylists! They got a lot of attention and were doing most of the action. During styling and rehearsals, the models kept listening and were disciplined; the journalists, bloggers and photographers took a lot of pictures but were careful not to disturb.

My favorite dress was a Talbot Runhof braless, sequined gown. The shoes? I would have stolen them all! The jewelled boots, both in high heels version and flat, are going to be a best seller. Here some shots of the day; photos taken with my Canon camera.

I found a lift to the show!
